At Caffeinated Gamers, we want you to love what you order. If something's not right, we're here to help.

Order Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period ends 30 days from the date you received the goods—or when a third party (other than the carrier) you appointed takes possession of the delivered product.

To cancel your order, please contact us with a clear statement (such as an email) at contact@caffeinatedgamers.shop.

We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method with no additional fees.

Damaged Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away with a description and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days

• The item must be in its original condition as received

Non-returnable items include:

• Personalized items

• Custom-made items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods

Buyers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. Please contact us at contact@caffeinatedgamers.shop for the return address before sending anything back.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in return transit without proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, the refund will still go to the original purchaser. We do not offer store credit or gift cards in place of refunds.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed back to the gift giver’s original payment method.
